Why is The Collective requiring the Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test?
Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test will be required for everyone ages 12+ at outdoor events of 500 or more people, indoor recreational events or establishments, restaurants, and bars in King County.
When is the Health Order mandate going into effect?
The Health Order launched on September 16, 2021. Enforcement will begin on October 25, 2021. Accordingly, The Collective will require Members to verify vaccination status or present negative test results before entering.
What types of Proof of Vaccination are sufficient?
CDC vaccination card or photo of vaccine card.
Documented proof of vaccination from medical record or vaccine provider.
Printed certificate or QR code from MyIRMobile.com.
How will The Collective collect and store the vaccine proof?
The Club will not maintain a copy of your vaccine proof. The Collective will make a notation in your Club record. The Collective will not make copies of the vaccine proof presented. See your concierge upon entry to the Club.
Will a Member be required to show identification with the vaccine proof?
No. Proof of vaccination is being matched against identity records The Collective already maintains.
What vaccines are accepted?
The following vaccines are accepted for verification and have been authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO): Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson/Janssen, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm-BBIBP, Sinovac, and Novavax. All other COVID-19 vaccines are not accepted.
What if I am not vaccinated or do not want to provide proof of vaccination?
People who are unvaccinated or cannot prove vaccination status will be required to show proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test in the last 72 hours will not be able to enter The Collective.
Am I still required to wear a mask?
Yes, the mask mandate will still be in effect. Verification requirement is an additional layer of protection on top of masks, distancing, and ventilation.
