About the Event
“Salute the Sun” morning flow yoga. This morning class will be an all levels vinyasa yoga class designed to wake up the body, connect to breath and get you ready to take on your day.
Meg completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga certification, 50-hour yoga sculpt certification and a trauma-informed yoga training to ensure her classes are safe spaces to connect with your body & breath.
Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. We will have some extra mats available for those who do not have access to one.
