Did you run the St. Jude Marathon & 1/2 Marathon? Do you love running but hate the pain that comes afterwards? Join us for a post-run cool down happy hour. Therapists from Kinetic Sports Rehab will be coming in to help you with recovery.
Join us at 4:30 for an easy 3.5-mile shake-out/shake-up run before celebrating your Rock n Roll victory! Running coach, marathoner, and former collegiate athlete Meg Gayman will lead this flat, out and back run from The Collective down towards the Fremont Bridge.
